Ice Cream Math

Meredith and I had ice cream on Friday Night and it cost about $4.67 for two cones. Bear in mind, this was at some small place that just happened to have ice cream. Now, this got me thinking...Stay with me now...$4.67 is less than $5.00. It normally costs me about $5.00 for ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery. So, if buy ice cream for the both of us at Cold Stone, we're looking about ten bucks or so. Now, after Alexis is born (and inflation doesn't kick my ass) it will cost us around fifteen smackers for the three of us. If we have another kid, that's $20! And if they each bring a friend, that's $30. Man, that's a tank of gas!!! Which makes me wonder what is worse, an ice cream visit that cost as much as a weekly fill-up or the fact that gas will always cost me THIRTY BUCKS! Yes, these are the things that keep me up at night.

Best Drink Ever

The other night, we went to Pizzeria Uno and I had an awesome drink. Captain Morgan's Chocolate Colada. I'm just writing that in here so I don't forget about it. Everytime that I have went to Pizzeria Uno, none of the waitresses there seem to know what I'm talking about when I try to describe it. I finally found a waitress that knew what I was talking about (because I could never remember the damn name). I just felt like saying that.

I love the 80's 3-D

Is it me, or is the 3-D feature as believable as the so-called oil shortage? It's a shame because I enjoy this on going miniseries without the gimmick. What's an even bigger shame is that I actually went to "Worst" Buy to pick up those trend-setting glasses.

Madonna Pictures

Yeah, I know...Some people would call me a loser for making the following proclamation: I'm a twentysomething-year-old guy who actually admits to liking Madonna as an artist...and so does my wife (but she's not a loser). Her site is requesting fans to submit pictures of her for submission so they can be archived and searched. I think it's a great idea because flickr is for chumps.

"The World is Flat"

Fellow colleagues,
Now, you too can enjoy this great read FOR FREE!!! Now I can afford it on less-than-outsourced salary. Yes, this is an inside joke.

Sesame Place Once Actually Considered Serving Beer?

I had a brief conversation with my colleagues about whether theme parks should serve beer. I had to bring up this article. If you ask me, I'm with Middletown on this issue. A theme park like this has no business serving beer. Of course, I'm sure they'd sell a lot of Snuffleupagus Bongs, if they had the opportunity.

I didn't win the lottery!!!

But I guess that would require me to actually buy tickets...You know...to make me eligible and all.

Flight Plan: A Short Me-View

It sucked. Somebody please tell me that this movie will never make the "AFI Top 100 For " and I will die a happy man. Thank you. Nothing to see here, move on people. Oh...here's a spoiler for you. There is no real build-up for the ending. To me, it seemed like it was tacked on last minute as a way of preventing anyone from finding out "who done it?" If you really want to watch a excellent series of "who done it" shows...WATCH VERONICA MARS!!!

Baskin-Robbins

Could someone please tell me why a business who advertises that they have 31 different flavor varities of ice cream never seems to have all 31 flavors in stock? Like, do they expect me not to notice these things just because some of them have a separate Dunkin Donuts division tucked away to the right of the register? Also, why is a tip jar needed to scoop ice cream? Somehow, I can't remember the last time I was admitted for a sprained injury when I cracked open that dreaded box of Breyer's.

Changes...Changes...Changes!!!

I changed hosts. I am now using www.boulderhost.com. They provide 200MB of space for FREE! Also, I now have my own message boards. I ditched the chatroom due to lack of interest. JasonZaroff.com still needs a little TLC, before it's ready for primetime. You can even get there via http://www.drsarcasm.com/jasonzaroff. Oh, how swanky!!! Eventually, JasonZaroff.com will become a professional-styled portal site which will be tied into DrSarcasm.com in some way that...well...I don't know how yet. Stop asking me! OK? Yeesh, the nerve of you people! But there will also be some exclusive content that will only be available to JasonZaroff.com because...if there wasn't...then why would you go there? Also, to that dude who asked me about how I managed to get a $2 domain...you're like a month too late. Sorry man, but that's Yahoo's decision, not mine. Oh, one last thing...I really went all out on this one...so I hope you noticed it...I added a counter. I know, very high-tech indeed. It's tough staying on the edge of technology...sometimes, even I don't know how I manage to pull it all off.
